Tickets
Now that you have sent a Panel, people in your guild can now start creating tickets!
A users goes to the channel where the panel is sent in, clicks the button, fills in the form and... Ticket made!

Ticket actions
Once a ticket is made, there will be two buttons.
Both of these buttons can only be clicked by people with the roles that have been set as part of the Mod team.

Claim
Clicking the claim button claims the button and sets the ticket status to Claimed, this way the person who created the ticket knows who is handeling their ticket. There are also some settings that can be set for claiming, more on this later.

Close
Clicking the close button will set the ticket status as Closed. Once closed the user who created the ticket is no longer able to type within the ticket. A transcript will be made and send to the user who opened the ticket and to the Trnascript Channel selected in the general settings.
Ticket Overview
On the dashboard navigate to Overviews -> Tickets. Here you can see all tickets from the guild. You can filter tickets on status or search for a specific ticket by ID. Transcripts can also be viewed here by clicking on the view button, or download the transcript by clicking on download. This will download a .html file.
