Claiming settings decide what happens to the permissions in the ticket after a ticket is claimed

Close Requests in short, doesnt let the ticket handler close the ticket without confirmation.
📄️ Ratings
Ratings happen after closing a ticket, the user who created the ticket can give a 1-5 star rating to the support rep.
📄️ Blacklist
Blacklisted users can not create new tickets.
📄️ /open
The open command can be accessed in discord by typing: "/open" it takes in 1 arguement of type string with the name of issue.
