Blacklist

Blacklisted users can not create new tickets.

Adding to blacklist

Head over to Guild Settings -> Blacklist, here you can search for a user by either Username or Nickname. Click search and select the user you want to blacklist. Fill in a reason and click blacklist. Thats it, this use can now no longer open tickets.
