Claiming settings decide what happens to the permissions in the ticket after a ticket is claimed

Viewing Permission

When this setting is turned off and a ticket is claimed, the permissions for others in the mod team to view the channel is revoked. Only the ticket creator and the person who has claimed this ticket will be able to view the ticket. When this setting is turned on, claiming is only a way of showing who is handling the ticket even after claiming anyone in the mod team will still be able to view the ticket channel.

Messaging Permission

When this setting is turned off and a ticket is claimed, the permissions for others in the mod team to write messages in the channel is revoked. Only the ticket creator and the person who has claimed this ticket will be able to write messages in the ticket. When this setting is turned on, claiming is only a way of showing who is handling the ticket even after claiming anyone in the mod team will still be able to write messages in the ticket channel.

Admin Permissions

Members or roles that have administrator permissions will always be able to write or view tickets.
