General Settings

To get started we need to set up some basic settings. To do this go to Guild settings -> General
On this page we can set the basic settings that will apply to our "Guild" or Discord Server.

Open Category

This will set the choosen category as the parent category for all newly opened tickets. So click the select box and select the channel under which you want tickets to open in. Remember to set some basic permissions to the category.

Closed Category

Similar to the Open Category setting, the choosen channel will be the parent of all Closed tickets. This category can be the same as the Open Category.

Transcripts Channel

After a ticket is resolved a transcript will be made and send to the person who opened the ticket and to the channel chosen here, this is amazing for logs.

Ping roles

All roles that are chosen here will be pinged whenever a ticket is opened. So if you have a special support role that handles tickets make sure to add it here!

Mod roles

These are the roles of ur moderators (all the people that should be able to see the tickets). These selected roles however will not be pinged unless also selected in Ping roles.

Auto Close Ticket

Auto close on user leave

When checked on, if a person who has created a (open) ticket leaves the server, the ticket will be automatically close.
